Over the years, Robyn has published many articles with tips to help companies with their marketing efforts.  Her article titled "Who are you again?" is meant to teach people about branding and the importance of building trust with customers.   In this article, Robyn touches on the rule of seven, which says that people need to see/hear your message 7 times before they will begin to remember it.  This is an important fact for companies to remember as they are beginning their marketing efforts and trying to gain awareness for their product/service.  You can read Robyn's article on branding here.
